Terms of Engagement - Update Required
All businesses are having to deal with change these days. The accounting and business advisory industry is no different. In fact there is talk that in particular the accounting and banking industries will encounter a huge amount of change in the coming decade.
Noone Plus need to update its "Terms of Engagement" as part of the change, and send the new version to all of our clients for sign off.
So by 15 November 2017 we will either email or post the updated version to you. It is important to read these, sign where indicated and for us to receive the signed copy back.
Broadly speaking most of the terms aren't changing. Any material changes will be highlighted in a covering letter.
Should you have any questions or concerns about the "Updated Terms of Engagement", we ask that you email these to email@example.com by 30 November 2017. We will address any concerns in our December 2017 newsletter.
Staff Changes - Team Update
Following Julie Clark's departure in June 2017, Lauren Fogarty has taken on the responsibility of managing the accounting team. Deborah Willett's has moved on and we would like to welcome Ethan Stewart, who has joined us and will take on most of Deborah's work. Naturally there always needs to be some reallocation of clients, which we are just working through at the moment. These staffing changes have caused some delays in work completion this year and we apologise for this.
For those who are unaware, we utilise the services of three sub-contractors as part of the Noone Plus team. They are: Heather Telfer for mainly payroll services (t/a Centsable); Mary Burgess for agri bookkeeping services (t/a The Rural Bookeeper); Adele Fogarty for commercial bookkeeping services (t/a Breeze Bookkeeping).
